Discuss your requirments
We want to know what you like and dislike and your aims for the site so we can get a clear picture in our minds of what you want for the site. We will either meet with you at our offices in Cardiff Bay, at your location or we can discuss your needs over the phone depending on your availability and location
Formal quote
After discussing your requirements we will provide you with a formal quote and order form. You will be expected to pay a deposit but once that is done we will begin work on your site at the earliest possible time.
Domain Name and Hosting
If the site requires a domain name we will purchase this for you and organise the hosting and any email addresses required for you. Domain names are usually renewed every 2 years, hosting every year. We will inform you of the annual costs for hosting and domain names during the quote stage
Begin Development
Once the hosting is set up we will begin building. Hosting the site during the build will allow you to view the progress of the site and comment on the work as we build. This way you can review the design and make small changes along the way.
Review Progress
We continually ask for your comments on the work so at any time you can bring up any concerns or wishes. It is at this point that any extra work required will be costed and agreed if necessary.
